Fixed a number of issues regarding:

refreshing of radiogroup fields;
submitting an editable grid with date columns when no value was typed in date fields;
display of warning balloons in Internet Explorer over an existing dropdown;
removing of an attachment from an attachment clip;
displaying of a hidden field when marked as "UseWhenReadOnly";
saving of custom time format value in Management Console;
displaying of double negation (--) on a number column in a data grid;
the translation of action names in confirm actions;
loosing of styles because of browser caching in certain instances.

Improved the display of the built-in skins in all the supported browsers. There are a number of issues with some skins in certain browsers (especially Safari) due to the fact that some CSS extensions are not fully supported.
