After Your New Product Purchase
As part of your new purchase, BRD offer a 12 month's Annual Maintenance Contract which covers full technical support on issues and assistance with product useage, via telephone or email during normal business hours.
In addition you have download access to documentation, general bug-fixes, updates, tools, major revisions, new product trials, beta test versions and many more useful items as they become available.
Annual Maintenance is renewable each year for a further 12 months providing ongoing continuity for your projects.
