We have been using Swift from BRD for around three years now and the team cannot overstate the contribution that the Swift products and BRD's excellent support have made, to the ongoing success of our workflow related developments. BRD's unique approach and understanding of the challenges we face especially at the User acceptance end of things mean that Swift products have greatly increased the scope of our process designs by not only removing inherent limitations but additionally providing many useful 'technical' and 'end user' features.

This has allowed us to provide seamless user friendly workflow driven processes to both staff and management, whilst simultaneously easing the tasks of merging the user's understanding with those of the product developer.

Currently we are nearing completion of the 1st phase of a project to deliver a centralised web based resource system to be used by staff for the management of internal information and integration of our 'back end' citizen service delivery processes. This involves the use of many diverse technology products such as eWork, SharePoint Portal and several existing 'back end', office applications and databases in order to support our principle aim of providing an integrated seamless resource to users. Throughout this implementation, BRD have excelled in their support and assistance in providing database design, bespoke web parts and numerous integration solutions that are simply essential to the delivery our projects.

"We purchased SWiFT 7 for use with our Metastorm e-Work as it added features and capabilities that e-Work alone did not have and which were vital to our use of Metastorm BPM.

First of all, the ability to support all web browsers on all OS's allowed us to use SWiFT/e-Work as a public-facing process as well as support for internal Macintosh users. Also the SWiFT BRD Initiator forms allowed for very powerful web forms to be published by use of the public without requiring ActiveX or other download by the client. We currently expose BPM forms for our:
