How does it work?
It's a digital pen with an integration module that allows data from hand-written notes and forms to be automatically received and displayed within office based systems.
Now for the clever bit....
As the writing is undertaken with the digital pen, the data is interpreted, stored and then automatically passed via Bluetooth through a mobile phone to a Server that populates a replicated form back in your office.
That's it! no scanning, no re-keying of hand written forms or reports!

Forms and report templates can be either batch printed or printed 'on-demand' from an office laser printer. Each form is printed with a unique micro-pattern which with the human eye is difficult to see, enabling complete traceability as the digital pen "knows" the identity of the form and each field on which it is writing and the data can upload a data capture system. This ensures that the contents of separate forms are kept segregated at all times.
Accurate records can be kept of who is filling out a specific form, together with the exact time when filling or updating occurs. This detailed traceability includes capturing authorising signatures, maintaining precise historical records and user accountability.
